The Vegan chicky gluten-free lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Soy, sunflower oil, spices mix (contains celery), salt.

Contains soy and celery. May contain traces of mustard, wheat.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Bake in a pan with a drizzle of oil, a few minutes per side until slightly crispy. Suitable for using in more complexed recipes such as stews, curries and skewers.
