Description

A salty, smokey and pre-marinated vegan bacon. You get a packet with 200 g slices.

PRODUCT INFO

Weight: 200 g. Slight differences can occur since these are artisan products.
The Vegan Bacon last one week in a cold fridge (<11°C), if stored in its closed bag with the marinade. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Vital Wheat Gluten, water, organic soy milk, sunflower oil, miso paste, tomato paste, liquid smoke, organic nutritional yeast, organic beet powder, tapioca starch, soy sauce, spices, brown sugar, salt.
Allergies: contains soy, gluten. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard, celery.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use sunflower oil or another oil of your choice to slightly grease the pan. Place the vegan bacon on the hot pan with its marinade, and cook a few minutes on each side until nice and crispy. Extra tip from one of our customers: ‘Bake it slow, until it becomes firm and crisp.’

    Very nice texture ( though much thiner than bacon ) and lovely smoky taste ! We cut it into small pieces to add it to different dishes. A bit too salty to our taste ( = 4/5 ).
