The Roast last at least one week if kept under vacuumed in a cold fridge (<5°C). Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

Grease the whole surface of the roast with some oil or melted vegan butter and bake at 160° for 15 minutes to warm it up. Alternatively, slice it up and cook in a pan for a few minutes per side, adding some oil or vegan butter if necessary. Heat up the gravy in a separate pot, or microwave shortly.
