Weight: 1000 g roast + 300 gr. gravy. Potatoes and vegetables NOT included.
The Roast last one week if kept under vacuumed in a cold fridge (<5°C). Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Vital Wheat Gluten, water, tofu, sunflower oil, soy sauce, liquid smoke, tapioca starch, organic flour, miso paste, coconut milk, mustard, onion, garlic, spices, sugar, organic agave syrup, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, celery, mustard. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
Grease the whole surface of the roast with some oil or melted vegan butter and bake at 160° for 15 minutes. Alternatively, slice it up and cook in a pan for a few minutes per side, adding some oil or vegan butter if necessary. Heat up the gravy in a separate pot to top it off!
