The ‘meats’ lasts five days in a cold fridge (< 7°C). There are fresh vegetables (bell pepper/cherry tomatoes/... which are more sensitive to expiration. We advise to eat as fresh as possible. Suitable for freezing.

Steak: Wheat gluten, water, chickpea flour, red beans, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste, tomato concentrate, sunflower oil, olive oil, organic nutritional yeast, organic beet powder, (less then 1%), spices, salt, xanthan gum, garlic, white wine vinegar.
Black sausage (boudin): Wheat bread, vital wheat gluten, tofu, vegetable stock, extra virgin olive oil, organic soy milk, spices, Porto, salt, charcoal.
Chicken burger: soy protein, tofu, organic coconut oil, sundried tomatoes, sunflower oil, onion powder, vital wheat gluten, tapioca, herbs and spices (including celery), salt.
Cocktail sauce: sunflower oil, ketchup, organic soy milk, apple vinegar, aquafaba, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, white pepper, lemon juice, salt, xanthan gum, cognac.
Tartare: sunflower oil, organic soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, red onions, shallots, capers, gherkins, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices and herbs, lemon juice, xanthan gum.
Allergens: Contains soy, gluten, celery, mustard. May contain traces of nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
These vegan meats are for the use on a barbecue. Prepare the barbecue with white hot coals. The skewers, steaks and ribs come in a marinade, they are ready to use. For the black sausage and chicken burger: add some oil before placing on the grill, to avoid sticking. Grill for ten minutes on a hot grill, turn around regularly. The result should be nice and roasted golden. Eat with fresh salad and a potato slaw.

My family of non-vegans were pleasantly surprised with this summer bundle. There is great variety in the “meats” (texture, taste), sauces are absolutely on point (surely those will last more than a single meal given the volumes), we even kept the leftover marinades to season other things the following days.
