Description
SENDING AND DELIVERY
- We ship all over Belgium. Shipping will be on Monday 13/02, to receive with Bpost in a cooled parcel, on Valentine’s day. (Tuesday 14/02)
- We deliver in Brussels exceptionally on Tuesday 14/02. (between 11 – 16h)
- You can also come to pick up your order at our atelier on Monday 13/02 or Tuesday 14/02. (between 11-18.30h)
MENU
STARTERS
- Cream of celeriac and topinambur, with a side of crispy ‘turkey’ flakes
- Savoury puffed-pastry of pear, blue cheez, onion and vegan ‘bacon’
PRIMO (main #1)
- Gnocchi gratin with basil & cashew pesto, spinach, béchamel, ‘parmesan’ and crunchy pine nuts.
SECONDO (main #2)
- Vegan ‘filet’ mignon with creamy peppercorn and cognac sauce, side of grilled cauliflower and lemon broccoli.
DESSERT
- Raspberry rolls with vanilla pink frosting and sprinkles.
Instructions on how to preserve and how to cook will be provided. 🙂
