Vegan Cheez & Meat Borek (full meal)

The Borek lasts 3 days in a cold fridge. Suitable for freezing for up to 6 months.

Seitan (contains soy, gluten, celery salt), soy, spinach, vegan cheese (coconut oil, starch, water, cheese flavour, spices, salt), cucumber, soy yoghurt, mint, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, spices, salt. Allergens: Gluten, soy, celery. Might contain traces of mustard and cashew nuts.

Place the borek roll in the oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes or in a pan, on low heat covered with a lid, 5 minutes per side. The use of the microwave is not recommended for this product, as this will result in a soggy phyllo pastry.
