Weight: 1000 g.
The vol-au-vegan lasts 5 days in a cold fridge (<5°C). This product can be frozen, but be aware that texture might change.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Vegan Chicken-seitan (Vital wheat gluten, chickpeas, organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, tofu, miso, sugar, onion, salt), water, soy cream, soy milk, flour, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, spices, salt.

Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, celery, mustard. May contain traces of sesame, nuts.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Take the sauce out of the packaging and warm up in a saucepan or in the microwave. Our suggestion: Serve with baked potatoes or fries and, of course, a good scoop our vegan Mayo.

The Vegan Butcher’s est une équipe motivée et hyper dévouée pour ses clients. Pour le repas de Noël, nous avons pris le rôti façon bœuf, c’était excellent ! Toute la famille a adoré ! Réveillon réussi grâce à The Vegan Butcher’s, Merci ! On repassera commande pour le prochain Noël 😉 Et au quotidien, toutes leurs préparations sont délicieuses : c’est plein de goûts, plein de saveurs et totalement bluffant ! The Vegan Butcher catered on our winter wedding and it was delicious. The spicy cheese balls, pot pie and chocomousse were the biggest hit! Not only did they satisfied some of our most hardcore meat eating uncles, but more importantly to me, the communication and preparation was so smooth. This allowed me to be (almost ;)) stress-free and enjoy the process AND the day. I highly recommend!

WAW! J'ai reçu les produits très rapidement. Ils étaient parfaitement emballés, leur fraicheur est conservée par un système de poches froides. Et quel délice! Le fromage "no goat cheez" est à tomber raide.

We hebben jullie ingeschakeld om ons kerstevent op Eneco te vieren. Gezien wij als bedrijf voor duurzaamheid staan willen we dit ook doortrekken in onze catering en enkel vegan/vegetarische voeding aan te bieden. We hadden enkele sceptische die hard vleeseters maar hebben allemaal genoten van jullie overheerlijke menu. Zeker een aanrader, alles vers, op tijd afgeleverd en meer dan voldoende om iedereen te bekoren!

I recommend even the most sceptic to try some of their products. They are delicious and I am happy to have permanently replaced several daily animal-based products I thought I couldn't live without (e.g. tartare sauce, mayonnaise, goat cheese spread) with theirs. The dishes are delicious, colourful, in good portions. I very much like all of them but as an Italian I am particularly happy with their Italian-based meals (salsiccia italiana, arancini, lasagna alla zucca to name a few). Meat-wise they manage to recreate the taste of meats I could not believe could be plant based (including my favourite of theirs, the américain spread).
