INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Vital wheat gluten, chickpeas, organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, tofu, miso, brown sugar, water, apple vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, celery, mustard. May contain traces of sesame, nuts.
Use sunflower oil or another oil of your choice to grease the pan or grill. Place the vegan meats on the hot pan/grill covering them with the marinade in the bag and cook a few minutes on each side, until a tiny crust forms. If too dry, use a bit more of the marinade to moisten.
