PRODUCT INFO
Weight: 300 g.(2 x 150 g) The burgers can be stored in a cold fridge (<5°) for up to one week, in the unopened package. When opened, consume within one day. Suitable for freezing, up to 3 months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Soy protein, tofu, organic coconut oil, sundried tomatoes, sunflower oil, onion powder, vital wheat gluten, tapioca, herbs and spices (including celery), salt. Allergens: Gluten, soy, celery. Might contain traces of mustard and nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bake 5 minutes in a pan, on medium heat, until the exterior is somewhat crunchy. Also great on the BBQ. Add some oil to avoid sticking.

Love it. I actually find – in my personal opinion – that if you freeze it, then let it unfreeze a couple of hours then cook it you get better results as the center remains more tender
