The full meal can be stored in a cool fridge (<5°) for 3 days or frozen (minus the sauce) for up to 3 months.

Vital Wheat Gluten, soy milk, sunflower oil, chicken spices (contains mustard and celery), garlic powder, paprika powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, water, baking powder, potatoes, corn flakes (corn, vegetable oil, salt), bread crumbs, salt, sugar, lemon juice.

The tenders are pre-fried. You can either deep fry them again at 175°C for 2 minutes, together with the potatoes, or bake them in the oven at 180°C for 5 to 10 minutes (until crrrrunchy!).
