To make dreams come true, we have prepared AMAZING Vegan Butcher festive products to make your life easy and make your family Christmas gathering a success, with Vegan Butcher’s Festive 2025!

DELIVERY & PICKUP INFORMATION

GENERAL INFO

Christmas is on Thursday 25 December. We start shipping out orders the week before. Our products can be stored in the fridge or in the freezer until Christmas.

We have the capacity to take hundreds of orders. Once our full production capacity is reached, we will close the orders. So don’t wait until the last moment to place your order!
We will send you a confirmation email in the weeks before the delivery as a final reminder. No need to contact us, we will contact you.
Please provide your phone number, in case we need at the delivery.
Detailed instructions on how to conserve & prepare the food will be added to your order, on paper.
Please don’t order weekly specials mixed with Christmas products. In that case, the weekly special you ordered will be frozen or refunded.(if not possible to freeze) You can add any other products in our webshop to your Christmas products.
We will close our business for holidays on Tuesday 24/12 at 13:00. We are closed until Wednesday 07/01/2026. If you want products for New year’s, you can freeze them.

BELGIUM SHIPPING

We ship cooled boxes all over Belgium with Bpost. You can receive it on Thursday 18/12, Friday 19/12. You can also receive it on Tuesday 23/12, Wednesday 24/12. The products will stay safe and cooled during transport. You will get a notification by email to track your parcel.

CLUSTER LEUVEN

If you live in Leuven or immediate surroundings(and anything between Brussels – Leuven), we plan to do an extra delivery day on Tuesday 23/12. (we deliver ourselves) Select ‘Belgium’ at the checkout. Specify in the comment section that you prefer this delivery method. (We cannot give you a specific time as we make a delivery plan according to the addresses. You need to be home to receive your parcel. We can notify you on the day itself half an hour before the delivery, if you leave your phone number.)

CLUSTER MECHELEN/ANTWERP

If you live in Mechelen/Antwerp area (and anything between Brussels – Antwerp, like Londerzeel), we we plan to do an extra delivery day on Saturday 20/12. (we deliver ourselves) Select ‘Belgium’ at the checkout. Specify in the comment section that you prefer this delivery method. (We cannot give you a specific time as we make a delivery plan according to the addresses. You need to be home to receive your parcel. We can notify you on the day itself half an hour before the delivery, if you leave your phone number.)

DELIVERIES IN BRUSSELS

If you live in Brussels, deliver to your doorstep on Thursday 18/12 (afternoon, between 12:00 – 18:00) or Wednesday 24/12 (morning, between 10:00 – 14:00)
We cannot give you a specific delivery time as we make a delivery plan according to the location of the addresses. You need to be home to receive your parcel. We can notify you on the day itself half an hour before the delivery, if you leave your phone number in the comment section. Please specify which of the two days you prefer at the checkout when you place your order.

PICK-UPS AT OUR ATELIER IN SCHAARBEEK

You can pick up your order between 11:00 – 18:30. Pick-up days are: Wednesday 17/12, Thursday 18/12, Friday 19/12, Monday 22/12, Tuesday 23/12, Wednesday 24/12 (before 13:00). The address is Rue Achille Detienne 6, 1030 Schaarbeek. You have automatically 5% reduction on the total of your order. (choose pick-up in Brussels at the checkout) IMPORTANT: Specify on what day you come to pick up your order. We need to know so we can prepare your order.
