Our Bolo and vegetable Lasagna combines the most classic Italian lasagna, with bolognese, béchamel, plenty of mozzarella and parmesan cheese, with a little Vegan Butcher’s twist: grilled zucchini, bell pepper and carrot for an incredibly delicious yet balanced meal.

Description

You get a big piece of Bolo and vegetable Lasagna, suitable for one large portion or 2 medium ones.

PRODUCT INFO

Weight: around 700 g.
Our Lasagna can be stored in a cold fridge (<5°) for up to 4 days. Suitable for freezing up to 3 months.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Wheat pasta, seitan, organic soy milk, cashew nuts, chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, zucchini, bell pepper, carrots, garlic, cashew nuts, sesame paste, nutritional yeast, soy butter, flour, salt.
Allergens: Contains gluten, soy, sesame, celery and cashew nuts. Might contain traces of mustard and other nuts.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Warm up the lasagna in the oven (recommended) , at 180°C for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can remove the lid and heat-up in the microwave.
