INSTRUCTIONS DE CUISSON/PRÉPARATION
Notre mozzarella peut être fondue sur une pizza, mais nous vous recommandons vivement de la déguster crue, coupée en tranches avec des tomates, du basilic, un filet d’huile d’olive et une pincée d’origan séché. Bon appétit !

Before my friends from Caserta and Agerola (hometowns of the mozzarella di bufala) come for me I’ll agree that this mozzarella is not yet as good as theirs…. But we’re pretty close. Also, as we live in Belgium (and not in Caserta or Agerola) this product is AS GOOD and even better than some of the store bought mozzarellas (for sure much tastier than Galbani). The taste is honestly really good but it’s the consistency that truly baffles me, how did they get it so close to the animal based product I have no idea but it’s delicious and very satisfying. I agree with the recommendation to eat it “raw” in a Caprese-style salad to get most of the taste of this cheese.
