COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
OVEN: Bake the Salmon Filet – Asian Fusion style with top and bottom heat or convection heat for 14-16 minutes at 200 °C.
PAN: Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side with the lid closed, adding all the oily marinade to the pan over low to medium heat.
AIR FRYER: Preheat the Air fryer to 200 °C and fry THE FILET for 8-10 min.
