Weight: 1 kg.
Conservations: The product lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<5°), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within one day. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Seitan (onion, garlic, sunflower oil, soy milk, chickpeas, vegetable broth, miso, tofu, spices, food coloring, nutritional yeast, chickpea flour, gluten), water, beer, sunflower oil, vegetable broth powder (celery), bay leaves, white bread, mustard, syrup de Liège, brown sugar, spices, salt, white vinegar, aroma.
Allergens: Wheat, mustard, celery, sulphites. Might contain traces of nuts and sesame.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up the carbonade in a pot, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Serve hot together with rice or – even better – with fries or oven baked potatoes and a generous spoonful of our mayo 😉

I had frozen this so I was not expecting much but dang, how do they do it?? The sauce is thick, the “meat” is tender but not soggy, the taste….. I can’t begin to describe the richness, the savouriness with a tiny hint of sweet. I ate it on a celeri-rave purée and loved it. It’s a very big portion, you can get 3-4 single meals out of it
