Weight: 150 g.(= 3 croquettes)
Our vegan cheez croquettes last 3 days in a cold fridge (<5°C). Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Soy milk, vegan butter, soy cream, bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, wheat flour, agar agar, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, wheat. May contain traces of sesame, celery, mustard, cashew nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Fry in the fryer (165°C) for a 3-4 of minutes until golden brown. Note: higher temperatures will break the croquettes.
Alternative: in a pan with a few cm of oil.

I have not eaten real cheese in about a decade, so not sure if my opinion is very valid on this one, but I could almost swear I was eating a real cheese croquette!

Great taste! Absolutely loved by our children as well. A bit difficult to figure out how to fry them in a “normal” pan so perhaps some more cooking instructions to that end would be useful.

Taste was nice and outside was crunchy, but inside was more of a paste than “cheese”-like. Still ate every last crumb, though. Very kid-friendly!
