This product lasts 10 days in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a day. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, chickpeas, organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, tofu, water, apple vinegar, mustard, organic soy milk, miso, tomato paste, smoke aroma, nutritional yeast, beet powder, tapioca starch, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, tapioca, spices, kappa carrageenan.
Allergies: Contains soy, wheat, celery, mustard. May contain traces of sesame, nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the Vegan Cordon Bleu in a hot pan with a few cm vegetable oil. Make sure it’s well cooked on both sides (a couple of minutes per side, until golden) so that the cheese inside has the time to melt.

I liked these, they were tasty and had a good texture but could have done with a bit more “cheese”. The parts around the edge were a little dry, but the centre, the filled part, was really really good.
