The vegan mayo lasts one month in a cold fridge (<7°C). Once opened, consume within a five days. Not suitable for freezing.

Sunflower oil, organic soy milk, apple vinegar, aquafaba, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, white pepper, lemon juice, salt, xanthan gum.

I love this spread. I find it much better than the egg-based mayonnaise you normally buy at the store so I was happy to permanently switch to this product. It also lasts really long in the fridge
