Je krijgt één bol vegan mozzarella, twee als je voor de 400 g optie kiest. Eén bal is goed voor twee porties.

Bewaren: Dit product is twee weken houdbaar in de ongeopende verpakking (afgedekt met water), in een koude koelkast (<5°).
Eenmaal geopend, onmiddellijk consumeren. Niet geschikt om in te vriezen.

Cashewnoten, water, biologische kokosolie, biologische voedingsgist, citroensap, tahini, tapiocazetmeel, agar agar, zout.

KOOKINSTRUCTIES
Presentatie/bereiding: Onze mozzarella kan worden gesmolten op een pizza, maar we raden je aan om hem rauw te proberen, in plakjes gesneden met wat tomaten, basilicum, een drupje olijfolie en een snufje oregano.

Before my friends from Caserta and Agerola (hometowns of the mozzarella di bufala) come for me I’ll agree that this mozzarella is not yet as good as theirs…. But we’re pretty close. Also, as we live in Belgium (and not in Caserta or Agerola) this product is AS GOOD and even better than some of the store bought mozzarellas (for sure much tastier than Galbani). The taste is honestly really good but it’s the consistency that truly baffles me, how did they get it so close to the animal based product I have no idea but it’s delicious and very satisfying. I agree with the recommendation to eat it “raw” in a Caprese-style salad to get most of the taste of this cheese.
