Conservation: This product can be kept for two weeks in the unopened packaging (covered in water), in a cold fridge (<5°). Once opened, consume immediately. Not suitable for freezing.

Cashew nuts, water, organic coconut oil, organic nutritional yeast, lemon juice, tahini, tapioca starch, agar agar, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Presentation/cooking: Our mozzarella can be melted on a pizza, but we highly recommend you to try it raw, sliced with some tomatoes, basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of oregano. Buon appetito!

I never had a vegan mozza before, so it was a bit underwhelming in a raw form, but then I baked it on top of the veggies in the oven and it made a nice creamy sauce. All in all, happy.
