The Vegan Spare Ribs lasts 5 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
RIBS WITH BBQ SAUCE: Wheat gluten, soy protein, water, onion, garlic, chickpeas, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, sugar, miso, smoke aroma, vegetable stock, tomato ketchup, mustard, balsamic vinegar, cola, spices, salt.
RIBS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE: Wheat gluten, soy protein, water, onion, garlic, chickpeas, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, sugar, miso, smoke aroma, vegetable stock, soy butter, agave, mustard, balsamic vinegar, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, mustard, wheat. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, celery.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven, grill, barbecue… nothing you can’t do with these bad boys.
Grease a pan or grill. Place the ribs on the hot surface and bake for a few minutes on each side. Alternatively, heat up in a warm oven at 160°C for 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bbq sauce.

Heel lekker. Jammer dat er geen stukje fake bot in zit, het zou net leuk zijn om iets af te kunnen peuzelen. Nu waren 3 ribbetjes ook genoeg. Mochten er dikke stokjes hout ofzo inzitten, zou je 6 ribbetjes opkrijgen, en lijkt het realistischer. Maar over all, was het wel heel lekker ☺️

De saus was lekker, maar een deel van de “aantrekkingskracht” van vleesribben (het knagen als een Neanderthaler) ontbreekt. Dit deed me eerder denken aan de frituursnack “Mexicano”.
