The Vegan Spare Ribs lasts 5 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
RIBS WITH BBQ SAUCE: Wheat gluten, soy protein, water, onion, garlic, chickpeas, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, sugar, miso, smoke aroma, vegetable stock, tomato ketchup, mustard, balsamic vinegar, cola, spices, salt.
RIBS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE: Wheat gluten, soy protein, water, onion, garlic, chickpeas, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, sugar, miso, smoke aroma, vegetable stock, soy butter, agave, mustard, balsamic vinegar, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, mustard, wheat. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, celery.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven, grill, barbecue… nothing you can’t do with these bad boys.
Grease a pan or grill. Place the ribs on the hot surface and bake for a few minutes on each side. Alternatively, heat up in a warm oven at 160°C for 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bbq sauce.

The ribs were delicious, but the bbq sauce disappeared completely when baking them. So would be nice if there was a bit more sauce included 🙂
