The Vegan Tartare lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Sunflower oil, organic soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, red onions, shallots, capers, gherkins, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices and herbs, lemon juice, xanthan gum.
Allergies: Contains soy and mustard. May contain traces of sesame, celery, wheat, nuts.

Lo so che dovrebbe essere “solo una salsa” ma anche questa (come il filet americain) è di una tale perfezione che mi ha fatta sentire come se stessi in un ristorante di lusso. Ho iniziato a mangiarla accanto al fish and chips ma poi ho perso ogni dignità e l’ho finita al cucchiaio. Meglio di qualsiasi salsa tartare che abbia mai mangiato.
