The Vol-au-vegan lasts one week in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within one day. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Vegan Chicken-seitan (Wheat gluten, chickpeas, organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, tofu, miso, sugar, onion, salt), water, soy cream, soy milk, flour, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, celery, mustard. May contain traces of sesame, nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Take the sauce out of the packaging and warm up in a saucepan or in the microwave. Our suggestion: Serve with baked potatoes or fries and, of course, a good scoop our vegan Mayo.

Absolutely lovely food, meaty and creamy as you would want it to be. It’s also a good value for money, it was enough for 2 big eaters.
We have prepared it with home boiled (sweet) potatoes. It’s great and comforting. Will surely order again 🙂
I just had to add a splash of water to the cream because it got a little too thick while heating it up…
