The Vegan Merguez lasts one month in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

Wheat gluten, water, tofu, sunflower oil, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, spices, vegan red colourant.
Allergies: Contains wheat and soy. Might contain traces of celery and mustard.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Grill on the barbecue, on a pan or in the oven. You can also pre slice our vegan merguez sausage and use the slices in recipes such as pasta sauce, on a pizza or in a black bean stew.
