The ‘Beef’ Stroganoff lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within one day. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Vegan Butcher ‘beef’ seitan (contains soy and gluten), champignons, soy cream, white wine, tomato paste, onion, garlic, olive oil, spices, soy sauce, vegetable stock contains celery).
Allergens: Soy, wheat, mustard, celery, sulfites.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Warm up the sauce in a pan until it slightly bubbles, stirring continuously. Served with rice, potatoes or fettuccine (for the real deal) 🙂
