Loaded with the good stuff (mushrooms, onions, white wine) and packed with protein, thanks to our no-beef seitan, this recipe will be equally appreciated by all family members thanks to its non-spicy but deep umami flavour explosion. We love it with potatoes but, if you wanna go full tradition – you better stock up on pasta noodles!

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Vegan Butcher ‘beef’ seitan (contains soy and gluten), champignons, soy cream, white wine, tomato paste, onion, garlic, olive oil, spices, soy sauce, vegetable stock contains celery).
Allergens: Soy, wheat, mustard, celery, sulfites.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Warm up the sauce in a pan until it slightly bubbles, stirring continuously. Served with rice, potatoes or fettuccine (for the real deal) 🙂
