The Vegan Minced Meat lasts 10 days in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, water, chickpea flour, red beans, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste, tomato concentrate, sunflower oil, organic nutritional yeast, organic beet powder, liquid smoke, brown sugar (less then 1%), spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, wheat, celery. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix it with some “egg” replacers (such as chickpea flour) and make “meat”balls and burger patties, experiment for the perfect bolognese, or stuff your bell peppers and roasted vegetables. Whatever you might come up with, our Vegan Minced “Meat” will not disappoint.

I tried many and mostly it’s not great to eat in itself and has to become part of something else. This one is the exception that you can have by itself, though it gets better when added to other things. I tried it in a lasagna and it worked out great.
