The Vegan Pepper Salami lasts 6 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, water, onion powder, garlic powder, sunflower oil, miso, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, soy sauce, tomato concentrate, liquid smoke, beet powder, black pepper.
Allergies: contains soy, wheat. May contain traces of nuts, sesame.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Eat cold as charcuterie, on bread, toasts, sandwich or in a salad. Excellent on pizza (in this case, add just in the last minute of cooking). Chop it in cubes for the apéro.
