The Vegan Bolognese Sauce lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C). Once opened, consume within two days. This product can be frozen up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Seitan (vital wheat gluten, chickpeas, red beans, chickpea flour, tapioca starch, soy sauce, tomato paste, sunflower oil, water, spices, coconut oil, salt), tomato sauce, tomato, onions, garlic, carrot, olive oil, nutritional yeast, spices, salt.
Allergies: Contains soy, wheat, celery. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Take the sauce out of the packaging and warm up in a saucepan or in the microwave. Mix in with pasta of your choice and add some raw olive oil and vegan cheese for the ultimate bolognese experience.

A bit spicy, very good. I would put in some more vegetables, but i know that is not standard with ‘bolognese’ sauce. Just a personal preference.

Da Italiana confermo è un sugo eccezionale. Davvero la vostra cappella sistina nella selezione dei prodotti italiani: consistenza sapore colori…. Tutto superlativo! Come vari prodotti italiani vostri ho fatto due maccheroni con sto sugo e li ho fatti mangiare a mio padre Toscano che manco stavolta ha indovinato che non c’era carne! Dice che di tutti i prodotti che ha assaggiato questo è 110 e lode e concordo con lui!
