You get around 180 grams of delicious vegan camembert, fermented and aged for over three weeks.

The vegan camembert lasts for several weeks if well stored in its paper in the fridge (<7°C). Please note that the vegan cheez will continue to ripen over time. Suitable for freezing.

Cashew nuts, water, organic coconut oil, ferments, salt, penicillium camemberti.

Allergens: cashew nuts.

Delicious on its own, on a cracker. Combine with fig jam for taste explosion. Use in warm dishes like lasagna quattro formaggi.
