The Vegan Fysh filets lasts 7 days in the fridge (<5°C), in the unopened packaging. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS
Tofu, nori, water, sunflower oil, flour, corn starch, Belgian beer, baking powder, spices, salt, kurkuma.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, celery, mustard.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
The Fysh filets are pre-fried. To bring them back to their original crunchiness, you can warm them up in a pre-heated oven (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or you can airfry them. Strongly recommended to combine with our vegan Tartare sauce.

Gi-gan-tic and delicious vegan fish filets. Bakes good in the oven, no need to fry them! We were a bit disappointed that the tartare sauce was not included – I must have read it wrong while ordering. But still: heavenly! 🙂
