Loaded with the good stuff (mushrooms, onions, white wine) and packed with protein, thanks to our no-beef seitan, this recipe will be equally appreciated by all family members thanks to its non-spicy but deep umami flavour explosion. We love it with potatoes but, if you wanna go full tradition – you better stock up on pasta noodles!

Our ‘Beef’ Stroganoff can be kept in a cold fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Vegan Butcher ‘beef’ seitan (contains soy and gluten), champignons, soy cream, white wine, tomato paste, onion, garlic, olive oil, spices, soy sauce, vegetable stock contains celery).
Allergens: Soy, gluten, mustard, celery, sulfites.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Warm up the sauce in a pan until it slightly bubbles, stirring continuously. Served with rice, potatoes or fettuccine (for the real deal) 🙂

Deep and rich flavours and big pieces of seitan. I made it with fettuccine and it’s my new favorite dish!

Deze week een uitgebreid, heerlijk pakket ontvangen met diverse plantaardige bereidingen. Heel verzorgd en professioneel bereid, ingepakt en verstuurd. We hebben al meteen een paar gerechten uitgeprobeerd en het is gewoonweg heerlijk ! Een aanrader zowel voor veggies als voor nieuwsgierige foodies die de plantaardige keuken willen ontdekken !
