You get two delicious hand-made vegan black boudin, for a total of 360 gr.

PRODUCT INFO

Weight: 2 sausages of about 180 gr (=360 g)
This product lasts 3 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C) in its unopened packaging. Once open, consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Wheat bread, wheat gluten, tofu, apricots, sultanas, soy cream, vegetable stock, extra virgin olive oil, organic soy milk, spices, Porto, salt, charcoal.
Allergens: Wheat, soy, celery. Might contain traces of mustard and nuts.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Grill the vegan black boudin on a barbecue or in a pan, adding some oil to avoid sticking, while flipping them multiple times until it gets slightly crispy on the outside (about 2 minutes/side).
