Conservation: This product can be kept for 10 days in the packaging, completely covered in water, in a cold fridge (<5°). Not suitable for freezing.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Cashew nuts, water, organic coconut oil, organic nutritional yeast, lemon juice, tahini, tapioca starch, agar agar, salt.
Allergens: Contains cashew nuts and sesame seeds. Might contain traces of soy and gluten.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Presentation/cooking: Our mozzarella can be melted on a pizza, but we highly recommend you to try it raw, sliced with some tomatoes, basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of oregano. Buon appetito!

Not really getting close to the original mozzarella when eaten raw, but when you warm it up on some pasta, pizza or else, it is delicious (and cruelty-free duh)!
