The Vegan Steak lasts one week in a cold fridge (<7°C). Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, water, chickpea flour, red beans, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste, tomato concentrate, sunflower oil, organic nutritional yeast, organic beet powder, liquid smoke, brown sugar (less then 1%), spices, salt, xanthan gum.
Chimichurry marinade: (parsley – oregano – pili pili (22%) – garlic powder – black pepper (16%) – white wine vinegar garlic, oil, water, onions, salt, xanthan gum.
Allergies: Contains soy, gluten, celery. May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard.
Grease a pan or grill. Place the steak on the hot surface coated in its marinade and bake for 3-4 minutes per side, until slightly golden. You can add a bit of the marinade during or after the baking for a juicier steak.
