The Vegan Garlic Salami lasts 6 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, water, sunflower oil, organic nutritional yeast, miso paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, spices, salt.
Allergies: contains soy, wheat. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, celery.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Eat cold as a charcuterie, on bread, toasts, sandwich or in a salad. Excellent on pizza (in this case, we suggest to add it toward the end of the cooking). Chop it in cubes for the apéro.
