Contents of our new Juicy Summer Barbecue Pack:
- 3 x Merguez sausages
- 3 x Skewers with ‘chicn’ style chunks, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and onions in a mediterranean marinade
- 2 x Filets mignons with chimichurri marinade

- 4 x Ribz with bbq sauce
- 300 g cognac cocktail sauce

The ‘meats’ lasts ten days in a cold fridge (< 7Β°C). There are fresh vegetables (bell pepper/cherry tomatoes/… which are more sensitive to expiration. We advise to eat as fresh as possible. Suitable for freezing (minus the sauces) for 6 months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Merguez: Wheat gluten, chickpeas, peppers, miso(soy), nutritional yeast, sunflower oil, garlic, vegetable stock, spices, salt, brown sugar.
Filet mignon: Tofu, wheat gluten, organic soy protein, sunflower oil, organic nutritional yeast, miso(soy), onion, garlic, soy sauce, organic beet powder, tomato paste, sugar, plant-based food colorant, salt, spices(celery).
Skewers: Wheat gluten, water, chickpeas, tofu(soy), soy sauce, water, garlic, brown sugar, agave, salt, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, herbs, lemon juice, water.
Herbie burger: soy protein, tofu(soy), organic coconut oil, sundried tomatoes, sunflower oil, onion powder, wheat gluten, tapioca, herbs and spices (including celery), salt.
Ribs: Wheat gluten, water, onion, garlic, chickpeas, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, brown sugar, miso(soy), sunflower oil, sweet chili sauce, pili pili, balsamic vinegar, agave, water, xanthan gum.
Cocktail sauce: Sunflower oil, ketchup, organic soy milk, apple vinegar, aquafaba, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, white pepper, lemon juice, salt, xanthan gum, cognac.
Tartare: sunflower oil, organic soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, red onions, shallots, capers, gherkins, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices and herbs(celery), lemon juice, xanthan gum.
Allergens: Our products contain wheat, soy, celery. May contain traces of nuts, mustard.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
These vegan meats are for the use on a barbecue or in a hot pan. Prepare the barbecue with white hot coals. The skewers, filets and ribz come in a marinade, they are ready to use. For the Herbie burger: add some oil before placing on the grill, to avoid sticking/burning. Grill for a few minutes each side on a hot grill, turn around regularly (to avoid burning!) The result should be nice and roasted golden. Eat with fresh salad and a potato salad.
