The Vegan Chorizo lasts 5 weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

Wheat gluten, sunflower oil, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, texture soy protein, spices, sunflower seeds, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
This sausage can be eaten raw, or cooked (for example in a lasagna) You can also bake it in a pan, no oil needed.
On an apero board, chopped on a pizza, in a spicy pasta sauce, or just by itself.
