The Vegan Chorizo lasts one month in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a few days. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

Wheat gluten, sunflower oil, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, texture soy protein, spices, sunflower seeds, salt.
Allergens: Contains wheat, soy, celery. Might contain traces of nuts and mustard.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
This sausage can be eaten raw, or cooked (for example in a lasagna) You can also bake it in a pan, no oil needed.
On an apero board, chopped on a pizza, in a spicy pasta sauce, or just by itself.
