This product lasts 10 days in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within a day. Suitable for freezing, up to three months.
INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES
Wheat gluten, chickpeas, organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, tofu, water, apple vinegar, mustard, organic soy milk, miso, tomato paste, smoke aroma, nutritional yeast, beet powder, tapioca starch, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, tapioca, spices, kappa carrageenan.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the ‘cordon blue’ in a hot pan with some vegetable oil. Make sure it’s well cooked on both sides (a couple of minutes per side, until golden) so that the cheese inside has the time to melt.
