The vegan Américain préparé lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within two days. Not suitable for freezing.

Rice, tomato, onion, pepper, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, organic beet powder, garlic powder, organic soy milk, mustard, agave syrup, salt, apple cider vinegar, spices and herbs, lemon juice, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Spread on bread, crackers, toast, in a wrap. Serve together with other Vegan Cold Cuts and Cheeses for an apéro or as a side dish with salads. Eat fresh from the fridge.

I’ve been looking for some good vegan “américain préparé” for a long time. This one is beyond expectation!

This is simply the best americain substitute (even if you didn’t like the meat version before, great dip or spread!). Most alternatives are simply sauce with some sort of tofu in it. This one is way better structurewise.
