Weight: 300 g.
The vegan Américain préparé lasts two weeks in a cold fridge (<7°C), in the unopened packaging. Once opened, consume within two days. Not suitable for freezing.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGIES

Rice, tomato, onion, pepper, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, organic beet powder, garlic powder, organic soy milk, mustard, agave syrup, salt, apple cider vinegar, spices and herbs, lemon juice, salt.

Allergies: Contains mustard, soy. May contain traces sesame, celery, nuts, wheat (gluten)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Spread on bread, crackers, toast, in a wrap. Serve together with other Vegan Cold Cuts and Cheeses for an apéro or as a side dish with salads. Eat fresh from the fridge.

    Io non lo so quale alchimista geniale avete reclutato come chef o quale incantesimo avete lanciato su questo filet ma di tutti i prodotti che ho comprato questo mi ha lasciata senza parole (anche se sto per scrivere un commento lunghissimo – haha).

    Ho sempre amato tantissimo il pesce e la carne cruda (carpacci e tartarine) ed ho sempre avuto il timore di non riuscire a fare il salto verso il veganesimo per quel sapore minerale che quei prodotti hanno. Io vi giuro e ve lo dico mano sul cuore: questo filet americain ha il sapore e consistenza esatti del filet americain di carne di ristoranti di lusso come la Brasserie Georges. Cioè non tipo filet americain di supermercato, ma di filet americain fatto con cura, con amore, con tutti gli ingredienti ed equilibri che lo rendono saporito. Una porzioncina di insalata fresca e di patate fritte accanto e ci si sente trasportati in una bella brasserie art deco malgrado siamo in covid e siete probabilmente col pigiama di pile da 3 giorni in casa come me. Sono commossa, contenta e rassicurata che uno dei miei piatti preferiti esista vegano e riesca a riprodurre così bene sapori associati a carne cruda. Davvero eccezionale.
