Conservation: This product can be kept for 18 days in the unopened packaging, in a cold fridge (<5°). Once opened, consume immediately. Not suitable for freezing.

Cashew nuts, water, organic coconut oil, organic nutritional yeast, lemon juice, tahini, tapioca starch, agar agar, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Presentation/cooking: Our vegan mozzarella can be melted on a pizza, but we highly recommend you to try it raw, sliced with some tomatoes, basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of oregano. Buon appetito!

If there is something I miss from previous life is mozzarella so I was very curious to try the vegan butcher mozzarella. I ate it just just like this, simple, not on pizza or in other meals to feel the taste and it competes very well with the supermarket version of Bufallo mozarella.
