The Vegan Garlic Salami lasts one week in a cold fridge (<11°C). Suitable for freezing, up to three months.

Vital wheat gluten, water, sunflower oil, organic nutritional yeast, miso paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, spices, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Eat cold as a charcuterie, on bread, toasts, sandwich or in a salad. Excellent on pizza (in this case, we suggest to add it toward the end of the cooking). Chop it in cubes for the apéro.
